About the Program
Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and recent start-up business owners, this intensive one-hour program helps you understand the steps necessary to get your business up and running and available programs and resources  to help you grow your existing business. At the end of the hour, you’ll  leave with a list of action items and resources specific to your needs. This program is provided at no charge. Reservations are required.

Held six to 10 times per year; locations vary

About the Program
For individuals on the brink of starting a business. A panel of three to four entrepreneurs from various business categories openly discuss the highs and lows of starting a business:

  • From scratch
  • By buying an existing business
  • By buying a franchise
  • Under a corporate umbrella

Participants have the opportunity to talk to business owners in each of these categories and ask them specific questions related to business ownership. This program is provided at no charge. Reservations are required.

Business Resources

The Business Resource Library is located on the first floor of the downtown Chamber office and offers computer software, internet access, resources to create collateral, business and industry publications and how-to books and catalogs.
